If you're new to Thrive, I recommend starting here:

  1. Watch the Welcome Video (above!)

  2. Complete one assessment (see instructions below)

  3. Go to the "Today" section of the dashboard, to set your intention and plan your day

    or

  4. Go to the "Journal" section of the dashboard (or find the Reflect page), and write a short entry for today!

That's all you need to do to get started!
